Chocolate Matcha Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp matcha (i used @furtherfood mindful matcha powder)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (i used @countrycrock plant based butter)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Bake at 350 for 25 mins
