Chocolate Tahini Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • dash of almond milk (or other nutmilk)
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 2 dates
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • a few tbs coconut cream
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • raw cacao powder (2 tbs)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
