Creamy Hot Chocolate Mocha
Ingredients
- 250 ml vegan milk (unsweetened soy, oat, or almond milk)
- 3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp cacao powder (raw cacao for extra chocolate flavor)
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules
- 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a pot and place it on medium heat.
Whisk vigorously continuously to make the chocolate extra creamy and frothy. Keep it on the stove until all the ingredients are melted together and the mixture is hot.
Serve the creamy hot chocolate mocha in your favorite cup and enjoy!
