Crispy Herbs Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp mix herbs basil, thyme, rosemary and parsley
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Kosher salt
Preparation
Wash the potatoes and cut into wedges
Preheat the oven to 200°c
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with the coconut oil, garlic powder, mix herbs, chilli flakes
Coat well and bake for 25 to 35 minutes or till brown, tender and crispy
Sprinkle with kosher salt - Serve with chilli sauce
