Crunchy Nutty Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of gluten free oats
  • 2 cups of buckwheat flakes and then a cup of each amaranth flakes
  • barley flakes
  • millet flakes
  • ground flaxseed
  • linseed
  • chia seeds
  • oat bran and about 1/2 cup of shelled hemp seeds
  • Finally I added 1 Tbs of honey
  • 2 Tbs of date syrup
  • 1 Tbs of maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs of erythritol
  • 1 Tbs of melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tbs of melted cacao oil
  • 2 Tbs of unrefined cold pressed rapeseed oil
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract and a pinch of Himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. When it was all well combined I placed in the warm oven for about 5 hours, untill it was completely dry and crunchy

  2. We use this granola with yogurt, milk, smoothies or just as a snack
