Deconstructed Salad Rolls

Ingredients

  • 6 small lettuce leaves
  • 1 carrot, cut into small matchsticks
  • 1 cucumber, cut into small matchsticks
  • 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina
  • sweet chili sauce (homemade or store bought)

Preparation

  1. Chop carrot, cucumber and avocado into small slices

  2. Keep separate

  3. For the sauce, mix 1 tbsp spiraveg fresh spirulina into your sweet chili sauce

  4. Set up your veggies on the dining table and have your family assemble their own salad rolls

  5. Dip the rolls in the spirulina sweet chili sauce and enjoy! *this recipe makes 2 servings, so increase quantities as needed
