Salted Caramel Strawberry Breakfast Cake
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup flour (spelt flour)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/3 cup plant milk (or a bit more)
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 2 tbsp salted caramel protein powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder + a squeeze of lemon
Salted caramel sauce
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Water to thin (if desired)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together for the cake.
Bake at 360F for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the salted caramel sauce by mixing its ingredients and adding water to thin if desired.
Top the baked cake with the caramel sauce and enjoy.
