Dessert Balls

Ingredients

  • energy (raw vegan - super easy to make) dessert balls! ? ?? ⭐️️ingredients: ??1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt or unrefined sea salt

Preparation

  1. Soak walnuts in water for at least 2 hours and let dry (in dehydrator or just on counter top) - WHY? Easier to digest! ??Soak dates in water for 5 minutes to soften then drain

  2. Place drained dates and all remaining ingredients into a food processor and pulse until mixture turns into the consistency of unrefined sea salt

  3. Form balls, press mixture into a small ice cream scooper then roll in between your palms to form evenly sized bites

  4. Continue until mixture is gone

  5. Chill for 30 minutes or more before enjoying
