Lemony Kale Pesto with Nuts and Seeds
Ingredients
- Handful cashew nuts
- Handful pistachio nuts
- Handful pumpkin seeds
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 100g kale
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
