Lemony Kale Pesto with Nuts and Seeds

Ingredients

  • Handful cashew nuts
  • Handful pistachio nuts
  • Handful pumpkin seeds
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 100g kale
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
