Easy Oil-Free Chocolate Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can drained chickpeas
- 3/4 cup (130 g) dates
- 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder or dutch cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp almond butter or other nut butter
- 3 tbsp almond milk
Preparation
Drain the chickpeas.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency with additional almond milk if needed.
Serve as a dip with fresh fruits or snacks.
