Easy Oil-Free Chocolate Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can drained chickpeas
  • 3/4 cup (130 g) dates
  • 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder or dutch cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp almond butter or other nut butter
  • 3 tbsp almond milk

Preparation

  1. Drain the chickpeas.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Adjust consistency with additional almond milk if needed.

  5. Serve as a dip with fresh fruits or snacks.
