Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates
  • peel of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp SpiraVeg fresh spirulina

Preparation

  1. Chop almonds in a food processor and once chopped in small pieces, add dates and lemon peel

  2. Process until smooth, then add spirulina and gently stir to combine

  3. Roll into small balls and store in the fridge for up to a week (if they last that long)
