Fudgy Banana Protein Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 25g Vanilla whey
  • 1 egg
  • 40g almond flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mash the 2 ripe bananas in a bowl

  3. Add 25g vanilla whey, 1 egg, and 40g almond flour to the mashed bananas and mix well

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
