Golden Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/3 mashed ripe banana
  • 1/2 finely grated carrot
  • 3 tbsp yogurt of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and store in fridge overnight. topped mine w/ caramelized banana (cut in two halves, fry on medium heat w some coconut oil for 5-7 minutes), granola, cinnamon, a real nut butter swirl + bee pollen
