Golden Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2/3 cup plant milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/3 mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 finely grated carrot
- 3 tbsp yogurt of choice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and store in fridge overnight. topped mine w/ caramelized banana (cut in two halves, fry on medium heat w some coconut oil for 5-7 minutes), granola, cinnamon, a real nut butter swirl + bee pollen
