Ingredients

  • •1 full bundle flat leaf parsley chopped
  • •1/2 red onion diced
  • •1 tomato diced
  • •Juice of one lemon
  • •1 avocado (omit for fat free) diced

Preparation

  1. Toss ingredients together and enjoy

  2. Adding sea salt or additional veggies is totally optional
