Nourishing Green Smoothie with Vegetables and Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • handful of spinach
  • handful of kale
  • 1/4 cup raw broccoli
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients excluding SpiraVeg in a high-speed blender

  2. Blend until liquified

  3. Gently stir in SpiraVeg

  4. Enjoy immediately
