Guilt-Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup caramel date sauce
  • 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax + 6 Tbsp water)
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour (plus 2 tbsp more coconut flour or protein powder)
  • 1/4 tsp pink sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup 100% cacao chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix the peanut butter, date sauce, and soaked flaxseed.

  2. Add coconut flour, pink sea salt, and baking soda to the mixture.

  3. Incorporate the cacao chocolate chips into the dough.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Form cookie dough balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.

  7. Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
