Healthy Brown Rice Dosa
Ingredients
- 3 cups brown rice
- 1.5 cups urad dal
- Few fenugreek seeds
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Soak 3 cups of brown rice overnight.
Soak 1.5 cups of urad dal for a couple of hours with a few fenugreek seeds.
Grind the rice and urad dal and mix both.
Leave the mixture out for fermentation for a few hours.
Once the batter ferments, pour some into a bowl, add salt, and mix well.
Heat a pan and make a crepe from the batter.
Serve hot with sides.

Brown rice is a whole grain that helps lower cholesterol, promotes fullness, and may prevent blood clot formation. It has a low glycemic index.
