Healthy Protein Crêpes
Ingredients
- 50g apple puree (banana works as well)
- 10g ground flaxseed/chiaseeds
- 100g whole grain spelt flour (or wheat)
- 200ml plant milk
- a pinch of salt
- optional: 20g vegan protein powder ( I used the 3k peanut butter cookie from @nutritionplus.de ?*)
Preparation
If you use the protein powder add 50ml more plant milk or water
Also: oil for the pan, filling & toppings of choice ➡️ Mix all ingredients and spread 2 tbsp of dough in a well coated & sllightly oiled pan
Bake on both sides
For the filling I used a crunchy hazelnut protein cream
Toppings: almond-coconut-date cream, blueberries & cookie crumbles
