Healthy Protein Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 50g apple puree (banana works as well)
  • 10g ground flaxseed/chiaseeds
  • 100g whole grain spelt flour (or wheat)
  • 200ml plant milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • optional: 20g vegan protein powder ( I used the 3k peanut butter cookie from @nutritionplus.de ?*)

Preparation

  1. If you use the protein powder add 50ml more plant milk or water

  2. Also: oil for the pan, filling & toppings of choice ➡️ Mix all ingredients and spread 2 tbsp of dough in a well coated & sllightly oiled pan

  3. Bake on both sides

  4. For the filling I used a crunchy hazelnut protein cream

  5. Toppings: almond-coconut-date cream, blueberries & cookie crumbles
