Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (only peanuts - more liquid consistency)
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 oz. vegan dark chocolate, melted
  • himalayan sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix peanut butter through vanilla in a medium bowl until its forms into a sticky mixture but still holds together. Form into small balls depending on the size you want. Freeze 15-30 minutes

  2. Coat in chocolate & sprinkle each with sea salt. Freeze 1 hour. If you want it extra chocolate-y, you can double layer the chocolate. Pfft .. is that even a question!?! ?? Enjoy friends
