Homemade Triple Layer Raw Chocolate Cups

Ingredients

  • 200g cacao butter
  • 150g raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lechitin
  • Pinch of quality salt

White chocolate layer

  • 100g cacao butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lechitin

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter and oil carefully in a water bath and stir frequently.

  2. When everything has melted take off the water bath.

  3. Add the rest of ingredients and mix until smooth.

  4. Divide the batch in 2 different bowls. Half and half.

  5. Add 4-5 tbsp coconut cream to the other bowl. Mix well.

  6. Melt the butter and oil in a waterbath and add rest of ingredients.

  7. Now you have 3 kind of chocolates.

  8. Let them cool down a bit and thicken before spooning into moulds.

  9. Spoon the chocolates alternately into moulds and make some swirls to get a beautiful look.

  10. Freeze the chocolates.

  11. They will be ready in half an hour.
