Honeydew Berry Chia Bowl


  • 2 cups of non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 3 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 of a honeydew melon
  • fresh blackberries
  • fresh blueberries


  1. Add milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla to a bowl. Stir well and let sit in fridge for a minimum of 5 hours

  2. Once chia pudding is ready add to pit of melon and add fresh berries

  3. Garnish with fresh hemp seeds and enjoy
