Honeydew Berry Chia Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cups of non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 3 tbs of maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 of a honeydew melon
- fresh blackberries
- fresh blueberries
Preparation
Add milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla to a bowl. Stir well and let sit in fridge for a minimum of 5 hours
Once chia pudding is ready add to pit of melon and add fresh berries
Garnish with fresh hemp seeds and enjoy
