Low Fodmap Vegan Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup activated macadamias ⠀
  • 1/3 cup activated walnuts ⠀
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast ⠀
  • 1/2 tsp fine himalayan sea salt⠀
  • 1/2 tsp garlic infused olive oil -⠀

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into food processor

  2. Don’t over blend or you will get nut butter

  3. Store in airtight container for 1 month, potentially longer
