Marinade for Tofu

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • black pepper
  • miso sauce
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • healing tsp white miso
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • splash rice wine vinegar

Preparation

  1. Pour over tofu and marinate for 30-45minutes

  2. Preheat oven to 400 and roast for 25 minutes

  3. Whisk all ingredients together

  4. Sauté shrooms, add 2 tbsp of miso sauce to coat, set aside

  5. Toss baked tofu in pan and add remainder of sauce

  6. Toss to coat

  7. Serve with rice
