Marinade for Tofu
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- black pepper
- miso sauce
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- healing tsp white miso
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 1/2tsp garlic powder
- splash rice wine vinegar
Preparation
Pour over tofu and marinate for 30-45minutes
Preheat oven to 400 and roast for 25 minutes
Whisk all ingredients together
Sauté shrooms, add 2 tbsp of miso sauce to coat, set aside
Toss baked tofu in pan and add remainder of sauce
Toss to coat
Serve with rice
