Mini Blueberry Donuts with Yogurt Topping
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. warmed and mashed frozen wild blueberries
- 1 tbsp. agave or pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tbsp. almond flour
- 2 tbsp. cassava flour or all purpose flour
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
Stir in the dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into a mini donut maker.
Top with yogurt, cashew butter, and coconut.
