Mini Blueberry Donuts with Yogurt Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. warmed and mashed frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. agave or pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 tbsp. almond flour
  • 2 tbsp. cassava flour or all purpose flour

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

  2. Stir in the dry ingredients.

  3. Pour the batter into a mini donut maker.

  4. Top with yogurt, cashew butter, and coconut.
