Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 portions of pasta
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of vegan milk ( i used soy milk from mylk labs by @floria_tradingbh )
- 1/4 cup white onions
- 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1/4 vegan parmesan plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
Cook pasta as on the packet and keep 1 cup of its water
Heat oil and sauté onions until translucent
Add mushrooms , salt and pepper and cook until water completely evaporates
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute
Add milk and parmesan
Cook until sauté thickens ( add pasta water if to thick )
Toss in pasta and serve with more parmesan and enjoy
