Ingredients
- 2 cups of gluten free oats (pour hot water and let it sit for 5 minutes until soft)
- 3 tsp of coconut flour
- 1 ripe pear (blended until saucey)
- 1/2 dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs (make sure dairy free)
- 1 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup of water or milk of choice
- 1/2 cup of raw coconut flakes
Preparation
Mix all ingredients - form into palm sized balls - place on cookie sheet - cook for 20 mins at 350 degrees and enjoy
