Oat Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups of oats
  • 1 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tbs of grade c maple syrup
  • diced pineapple
  • sliced kiwi
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • pomegranate gems

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl combine oats and milk along with maple syrup

  2. Stir well until all components are well combined(the oats we used we're very fine so no heat was necessary to soften them)

  3. Top with fruits and enjoy
