Healthy Oat Bowl with Fresh Fruits and Syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups of oats
  • 1 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tbs of grade c maple syrup
  • Diced pineapple
  • Sliced kiwi
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Pomegranate gems

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, almond milk, and maple syrup.

  2. Stir well until all components are well combined. Note that no heat was necessary for the oats used.

  3. Top with fruits and enjoy.
