• 1 cup of organic rolled oats
  • 6 1/2 cups of cold filtered water (1/2 cup less for thicker milk)
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt


  1. Add all ingredients to a large clean bowl and soak over night covered with a cloth. ??Use a blender or stick blender to whiz the ingredients thoroughly (about 2 minutes). ??Strain the milk through a fine sieve or muslin cloth into a bowl. ??Store in a clean glass jar in the fridge

  2. Will keep for several days. ??You can add cinnamon, vanilla, maple or date syrup, etc. to sweeten it up or enjoy plain
