Oil Free Double Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 for banana, mashed
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dairy free milk
- 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup lucuma (see note below) or coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup protein powder of choice
- 2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder (i used @yoursuperfoods chocolate lovers)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, divided

- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pink sea salt
Preparation
Mix flax egg and mashed banana in a large bowl
Add maple, vanilla, almond butter, and milk and mix until creamy
Stir in dry ingredients except chips, until batter forms, it will be creamy batter
Fold in 1/2 of the chocolate chips
Pour into a 8x8 or 8x4 tray, lined
Bake at 350 for 17-20 minutes
