Our Beet Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • For the juice
  • Spianch
  • Kale
  • Celery
  • Carrot
  • Apple
  • Spirulina powder (we used )
  • Wheatgrass powder (we used )
  • Lemon
  • Pineapple
  • Cucumber
  • For the chia pudding
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of filtered water
  • 1 cup of canned coconut milk
  • 1/8 cup of beet juice
  • 1/8 cup of coconut nectar
  • Berries of choice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients for chia pudding into a container and stir well. Cover and set in fridge for 4 hours. Once time is up remove from fridge and top with berries

  2. For juice combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a large strainer over a large bowl. Stir with a spoon and press juice through with hands if needed (you can also use a cheese cloth to line the strainer to squeeze juice through eaiser). 3. Once all juice is collected place bowl in a fridge to cool if needed or serve right away and enjoy
