Our Beet Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- For the juice
- Spianch
- Kale
- Celery
- Carrot
- Apple
- Spirulina powder (we used )
- Wheatgrass powder (we used )
- Lemon
- Pineapple
- Cucumber
- For the chia pudding
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 1 cup of canned coconut milk
- 1/8 cup of beet juice
- 1/8 cup of coconut nectar
- Berries of choice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients for chia pudding into a container and stir well. Cover and set in fridge for 4 hours. Once time is up remove from fridge and top with berries
For juice combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a large strainer over a large bowl. Stir with a spoon and press juice through with hands if needed (you can also use a cheese cloth to line the strainer to squeeze juice through eaiser). 3. Once all juice is collected place bowl in a fridge to cool if needed or serve right away and enjoy
