Nutrient Packed Green Juice and Beet Chia Pudding
Ingredients
Green juice
- Spinach
- Kale
- Celery
- Carrot
- Apple
- Spirulina powder
- Wheatgrass powder
- Lemon
- Pineapple
- Cucumber
Beet chia pudding
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/8 cup beet juice
- 1/8 cup coconut nectar
- Berries of choice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients for the chia pudding into a container and stir well. Cover and set in the fridge for 4 hours. Once the time is up, remove from the fridge and top with berries.
For the juice, combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a large strainer over a large bowl. Stir with a spoon and press the juice through with hands if needed. Use a cheese cloth to line the strainer for easier squeezing if desired. Once all juice is collected, place the bowl in the fridge to cool if needed or serve right away.
