Pea Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cups peas (you can use frozen - thaw out and drain)
- 2-4 tbsp tahini
- 1 avocado (mashed up)
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 garlic clove
- Himalayan or Sea Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients (drained peas, tahini, avocado, lemon, garlic, salt, pepper) in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth
