Pea Hummus


  • 2 cups peas (you can use frozen - thaw out and drain)
  • 2-4 tbsp tahini
  • 1 avocado (mashed up)
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Himalayan or Sea Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


  1. Place all ingredients (drained peas, tahini, avocado, lemon, garlic, salt, pepper) in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth
