Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes with Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Powdered chocolate peanut butter (e.g., @pbfit.official)
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Chocolate chunks (e.g., @jojos)
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, powdered chocolate peanut butter (@pbfit.official), milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
Break up the chocolate chunks (@jojos) into smaller pieces and add a handful to the pancake batter.
Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
Cook each pancake for 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve the pancakes topped with more chocolate chunks (@jojos) and maple syrup.
