Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes with Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Powdered chocolate peanut butter (e.g., @pbfit.official)
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Chocolate chunks (e.g., @jojos)

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, powdered chocolate peanut butter (@pbfit.official), milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.

  2. Break up the chocolate chunks (@jojos) into smaller pieces and add a handful to the pancake batter.

  3. Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.

  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

  5. Cook each pancake for 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

  6. Serve the pancakes topped with more chocolate chunks (@jojos) and maple syrup.
