Pesto Pasta

Ingredients

  • spinach
  • chard
  • herbs
  • beetroot leaves
  • garlic clove
  • almonds
  • olive oil
  • tomatoes
  • mon juice and fresh herbs

Preparation

  1. Simply fill your food processor with green leaves ??☘️? (spinach, chard, herbs, beetroot leaves)

  2. Chop a garlic clove or two and cook them then add it into the food processor or keep it whole if you don’t mind the raw garlic hit

  3. Add a handful of almonds and a good glug of olive oil and blend

  4. The fun part is accessorising. We added a handful of tomatoes from the garden, lemon juice and fresh herbs
