Pumpkin High-Protein Cinnamon Buns for One

Ingredients

Dough

  • 60g plain flour
  • 30g myvegan soy isolate
  • 90g soy yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Cinnamon Mixture

  • 2 tbsp myvegan butterscotch syrup with cinnamon

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • Homemade pumpkin granola (recipe in a reel)

Preparation

  1. Mix the dough ingredients together and form the dough.

  2. Roll out the dough and spread the cinnamon mixture over it.

  3. Roll the dough into a cylinder and cut it into 3 pieces.

  4. Place the pieces in an air fryer for 10 minutes.

  5. Top the cinnamon buns with Biscoff spread and homemade pumpkin granola.
