Pumpkin High-Protein Cinnamon Buns for One
Ingredients
Dough
- 60g plain flour
- 30g myvegan soy isolate
- 90g soy yogurt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon Mixture
- 2 tbsp myvegan butterscotch syrup with cinnamon
Toppings
- 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
- Homemade pumpkin granola (recipe in a reel)
Preparation
Mix the dough ingredients together and form the dough.
Roll out the dough and spread the cinnamon mixture over it.
Roll the dough into a cylinder and cut it into 3 pieces.
Place the pieces in an air fryer for 10 minutes.
Top the cinnamon buns with Biscoff spread and homemade pumpkin granola.
