Pumpkin Protein Bites with Pbfit

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup PBfit powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

  2. Mix the ingredients well, ensuring everything is evenly combined.

  3. Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and mix them in with the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Form the mixture into balls.

  5. Refrigerate the pumpkin protein bites.

  6. Enjoy them as snacks throughout the week or eat them right away.
