Pumpkin Salted Caramel Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2c unsweetened almond milk
  • 45g buckwheat flour
  • 100g @libbyspumpkin pure
  • 10g @questnutrition salted caramel protein powder
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Toppings

  • @wild_friends vanilla espresso almond butter
  • organic cacao nibs
  • @waldenfarmsusa pancakes syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to form a waffle batter

  2. Preheat the waffle iron

  3. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown, no flipping required
