Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- 125g pumpkin puree (recipe in previous post) / 110g brown sugar / 200g water / 1 star anise / 4 cloves / a bit of fresh ground nutmeg / 1 tsp vanilla extract / 1 cardamom pod
Preparation
In a sauce pan, add all the ingredients and stir. Cook on medium-high heat, it should be slightly bubbly. Cook until it reduced as a thick and sweet puree. Transfer into a jar.
Serve 2 tbsp in a warm milk and drink.
