Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Ingredients

  • coconut milk
  • syrup
  • vegan pumpkin

Preparation

  1. Add water and coconut blossom sugar in a small pot and bring to a boil

  2. Let it cook while stirring for about 1 minute

  3. Add all other ingredients, stir for 1 minute then turn down heat to low

  4. Let it simmer for another minute or two then set aside

  5. Prepare a sealable glass bottle and fill in the syrup

  6. Store in the fridge and add to your lattes as needed

  7. Directly mix the syrup in your foamed milk before adding it to the coffee
