Raspberry & Almond Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of porridge oats
  • Sprinkle of hemp seeds
  • Sprinkle of chia seeds
  • Scoop of protein powder
  • Water
  • Sliced banana
  • Raspberry jam
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Smooth almond butter

Preparation

Prepare Raspberry Chia Jam

  1. Place around a cup of washed raspberries in a small saucepan with sweetener and a bit of water.

  2. Heat and mash the raspberries with the back of a spoon until a thick mixture forms.

  3. Add ~2 tbsp of chia seeds and continue heating until the mixture thickens.

  4. Transfer the jam to a jar and refrigerate.

Make the Overnight Oats

  1. In a container, combine porridge oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and protein powder.

  2. Add enough water to cover the ingredients and mix well.

  3. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight or until set.

Assemble the Breakfast Bowl

  1. Once the oats are set, remove the container from the fridge.

  2. Top the oats with sliced banana, a spoonful of raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, and a dollop of smooth almond butter.
