Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raw hemp heart seeds
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried ground mustard
  • 3/4 tsp Himalayan Salt ??2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of fresh creamy avocado
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill

Preparation

  1. Dash of stevia (stir in after the above ingredients have been blended to avoid over blending)?? ⭐️??Directions: ??Blend together the hemp seeds, water, garlic powder, onion powder, dried mustard, salt, vinegar, and avocado if using until smooth

  2. Add the parsley and dill and pulse a few times to combine

  3. I like to make the herbs kind of small so that the uneven white of the hemp will be less apparent

  4. Use as dip or dressing for veggies or salads or you can thin out also with filtered water to desired consistency

  5. Should store for a few days in fridge
