Rawnola
Ingredients
- rawnola
- 1 1/2 cups raw walnuts
- 16 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon ⠀

- 4 ripe bananas ⠀
- toppings (divided)
- 1 pint of your fave nicecream (we used strawberry banana)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (we used chunky for added crunch)
- 1/4 cup rawnola
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 4 tsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes ⠀
Preparation
In a food processor, add walnuts and pulse to roughly chop
Then add dates and pulse to loosely combine
Add remaining ingredients and pulse to combine
The mixture should resemble a chunky granola
Peel bananas and use a knife to carefully cut in half
Top with nut butter of choice, then nicecream, rawnola, berries, hemp seeds, and coconut flakes ⠀
