Roasted Veggies

Ingredients

  • The asparagus
  • cauliflower
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • olive oil
  • butter spray

Preparation

  1. The asparagus and yellow squash I roasted in the oven at 425F for 10-15 mins. The cauliflower, I airfryed them at 300F for 10 mins

  2. Seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil for the asparagus and squash. For the cauliflower I added “I cannot believe it’s not butter spray
