Salmon Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked of canned salmon
  • 1/2 onion (peeled and diced)
  • 1 stalk of celery (finely diced)
  • 2 Tbspns almond flour
  • 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • Two green onions (chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Sauté onion. Cook salmon, or use canned

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mash together. Shape with a spoon and your hands

  3. Fry in oil until crispy and brown. Serve with a salad
