Salmon Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked of canned salmon
- 1/2 onion (peeled and diced)
- 1 stalk of celery (finely diced)
- 2 Tbspns almond flour
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- Two green onions (chopped)
- 1 egg
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Sauté onion. Cook salmon, or use canned
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mash together. Shape with a spoon and your hands
Fry in oil until crispy and brown. Serve with a salad
