This Turmeric Garlic Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Heat a dry skillet or cast iron pan over medium high heat

  2. Add riced cauliflower and season with turmeric and garlic powder

  3. Sauté for 5 - 6 minutes until cooked

  4. Note: If using frozen cauliflower rice, increase the cooking time to 8 - 10 minutes)
