Homemade Triple Layer Raw Chocolate Cups
Ingredients
- 200g cacao butter
- 150g raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lechitin
- Pinch of quality salt
White chocolate layer
- 100g cacao butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lechitin
Preparation
Melt the butter and oil carefully in a water bath and stir frequently.
When everything has melted take off the water bath.
Add the rest of ingredients and mix until smooth.
Divide the batch in 2 different bowls. Half and half.
Add 4-5 tbsp coconut cream to the other bowl. Mix well.
Melt the butter and oil in a waterbath and add rest of ingredients.
Now you have 3 kind of chocolates.
Let them cool down a bit and thicken before spooning into moulds.
Spoon the chocolates alternately into moulds and make some swirls to get a beautiful look.
Freeze the chocolates.
They will be ready in half an hour.
