Ingredients
- 200g cacao butter
- 150 g raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lechitin
- pinch of quality salt
- melt the butter and oil carefully in a water bath and stir frequently.
- when everything has melted take off the water bath.
- add the rest of ingredients and mix until smooth.
- divide the batch in 2 different bowls. half and half.
- add 4-5 tbsp coconut cream to the other bowl. mix well.
- the white chocolate layer
- 100 g cacao butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lechitin
- now you have 3 kind of chocolates.
- let them cool down a bit and thicken before spooning into moulds.
- spoon the chocolates alternately into moulds and make some swirls to get a a beautiful look.
- freeze the chocolates.
- they will be ready in half an hour.
