Triple Raw Chocolate Cups

Ingredients

  • 200g cacao butter
  • 150 g raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lechitin
  • pinch of quality salt
  • melt the butter and oil carefully in a water bath and stir frequently.
  • when everything has melted take off the water bath.
  • add the rest of ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • divide the batch in 2 different bowls. half and half.
  • add 4-5 tbsp coconut cream to the other bowl. mix well.
  • the white chocolate layer
  • 100 g cacao butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lechitin
  • now you have 3 kind of chocolates.
  • let them cool down a bit and thicken before spooning into moulds.
  • spoon the chocolates alternately into moulds and make some swirls to get a a beautiful look.
  • freeze the chocolates.
  • they will be ready in half an hour.
