Vanilla Overnight Oats with Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp rolled oats⁠
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds⁠
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • 150 ml oat milk⁠
  • 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt⁠
  • 1/2 banana⁠, mashed⁠
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla⁠
  • pinch of cinnamon⁠
  • handful of (frozen) blueberries⁠

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple of hours. It should be thick, but not dry. If so, add a little bit more yoghurt. That's it! I didn't stir the blueberries through while making it and used it as a topping later, but if you do add it from the beginning, you get this pretty purple colour??⁠
