Vanilla Overnight Oats with Blueberries
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 150 ml oat milk
- 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
- pinch of cinnamon
- handful of (frozen) blueberries
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple of hours. It should be thick, but not dry. If so, add a little bit more yoghurt. That's it! I didn't stir the blueberries through while making it and used it as a topping later, but if you do add it from the beginning, you get this pretty purple colour??
