Vanilla Overnight Oats with Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150 ml oat milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • handful of frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mash the 1/2 banana.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple of hours.

  4. Check the consistency; if it is too dry, add a little more yoghurt.

  5. Optionally, add blueberries as a topping or mix them in from the beginning for a purple color.
