Vanilla Overnight Oats with Blueberries
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 150 ml oat milk
- 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
- pinch of cinnamon
- handful of frozen blueberries
Preparation
Mash the 1/2 banana.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple of hours.
Check the consistency; if it is too dry, add a little more yoghurt.
Optionally, add blueberries as a topping or mix them in from the beginning for a purple color.
