Vegan Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp active yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 11/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • some coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Mix together the yeast and with warm water

  2. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes

  3. Add salt and 1 cup of the flour and mix until a sticky dough is formed (add more flour if needed)

  4. Use some coconut oil to form the dough into a ball and let it sit for 15 minutes in a bowl covered with plastic wrap

  5. Use a bit of flour to roll the dough into a round

  6. Make the edges thicker than the center

  7. Put some pizza sauce, veggies and of course some vegan mozzarella cheese

  8. Bake the pizza for 15 to 18 minutes in a preheated oven
