Vegan Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 tsp active yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 11/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- some coconut oil
Preparation
Mix together the yeast and with warm water
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes
Add salt and 1 cup of the flour and mix until a sticky dough is formed (add more flour if needed)
Use some coconut oil to form the dough into a ball and let it sit for 15 minutes in a bowl covered with plastic wrap
Use a bit of flour to roll the dough into a round
Make the edges thicker than the center
Put some pizza sauce, veggies and of course some vegan mozzarella cheese
Bake the pizza for 15 to 18 minutes in a preheated oven
