Vegan Scrambled Tofu with Spices and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Cauldron tofu
  • 1 onion
  • 1.5 bell peppers
  • turmeric to taste
  • smoked paprika to taste
  • cumin to taste
  • coriander to taste
  • dash of Tamari

Preparation

  1. Crumble the tofu into small pieces

  2. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat

  3. Add the onion and cook until softened

  4. Add the bell peppers and cook for a few minutes

  5. Stir in the turmeric, smoked paprika, cumin, and coriander

  6. Add the crumbled tofu and cook until heated through

  7. Season with Tamari and mix well

  8. Serve with spinach and a lemon-tahini dressing
