Vegan Scrambled Tofu with Spices and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 pack Cauldron tofu
- 1 onion
- 1.5 bell peppers
- turmeric to taste
- smoked paprika to taste
- cumin to taste
- coriander to taste
- dash of Tamari
Preparation
Crumble the tofu into small pieces
Heat a pan with oil over medium heat
Add the onion and cook until softened
Add the bell peppers and cook for a few minutes
Stir in the turmeric, smoked paprika, cumin, and coriander
Add the crumbled tofu and cook until heated through
Season with Tamari and mix well
Serve with spinach and a lemon-tahini dressing
