Ingredients

  • tofu
  • 1 1/2 peppers
  • lots of turmeric
  • little smoked paprika
  • cumin and coriander and a dash of Tamari

Preparation

  1. The tofu was cooked with an onion, 1 1/2 peppers, lots of turmeric, little smoked paprika, cumin and coriander and a dash of Tamari

  2. I used Cauldron tofu which was perfect as it crumbles up well
