Ingredients
- tofu
- 1 1/2 peppers
- lots of turmeric
- little smoked paprika
- cumin and coriander and a dash of Tamari
Preparation
The tofu was cooked with an onion, 1 1/2 peppers, lots of turmeric, little smoked paprika, cumin and coriander and a dash of Tamari
I used Cauldron tofu which was perfect as it crumbles up well
