Warm Oil-Free Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free oats
  • 3 teaspoons coconut flour
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup water or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup raw coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Pour hot water over the oats and let sit for 5 minutes until soft.

  2. Blend the ripe pear until it becomes saucy.

  3. Mix all ingredients together.

  4. Form the mixture into palm-sized balls.

  5. Place the balls on a cookie sheet.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  7. Enjoy the cookies. Ensure chocolate chips or cacao nibs are dairy-free.
