Warm Oil-Free Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten free oats
- 3 teaspoons coconut flour
- 1 ripe pear
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup water or milk of choice
- 1/2 cup raw coconut flakes
Preparation
Pour hot water over the oats and let sit for 5 minutes until soft.
Blend the ripe pear until it becomes saucy.
Mix all ingredients together.
Form the mixture into palm-sized balls.
Place the balls on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Enjoy the cookies. Ensure chocolate chips or cacao nibs are dairy-free.
